Mira by TMM

Terms of Service

These terms govern authorized use of Mira by TMM, an internal marketing intelligence and reporting platform operated by TMM Agency.

Authorized use

Mira is intended for authorized TMM Agency employees and approved collaborators acting for TMM Agency clients. Users must protect their credentials, access only information required for their work, and comply with applicable client instructions and platform policies.

Read-only reporting and human review

Mira connects to reporting sources to prepare analyses, budgets, and summaries. Reporting connections are read-only unless a separate feature clearly states otherwise. Recommendations and generated content require employee review. Mira does not automatically change advertising accounts from its reporting and analysis screens.

Data rights and permissions

Users may connect or assign only accounts and properties that TMM Agency is authorized to access. Access supplied by a client or platform administrator may be revoked at any time. Users must not attempt to bypass platform permissions or use Mira to access unrelated data.

Availability and accuracy

Mira depends on third-party advertising, analytics, hosting, and communication services. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Employees remain responsible for reviewing source-platform information before making material campaign or budget decisions.

Acceptable use

Users must not interfere with the service, disclose credentials, introduce malicious content, or use Mira for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
