Mira by TMM (“Mira”) is an internal marketing intelligence and reporting platform operated by TMM Agency. This policy explains how Mira accesses, uses, stores, and shares information, including information obtained from Google APIs.

Information we process

Mira processes authorized employee account information, client connection mappings, approved budgets, campaign and reporting data, operational decisions, and delivery records. When a client or authorized administrator grants access to a Google Analytics property, Mira processes aggregate property information, traffic and revenue metrics, and event totals needed for reporting. Mira may also process advertising metrics supplied by Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide TMM Agency’s client reporting, advertising analysis, budget monitoring, management summaries, and related employee workflows. Mira uses read-only Google Analytics access and does not create, edit, or delete Google Analytics data.

Google API data

Mira’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers.

Storage, security, and retention

Connection credentials are stored securely and, where applicable, encrypted. Access is restricted to authorized TMM Agency personnel and service providers needed to operate Mira. Connection credentials are retained until access is revoked or the connection is removed. Operational records and reports are retained only for as long as needed to provide agency services, meet contractual obligations, maintain security, and comply with applicable law.

Service providers and sharing

Mira uses infrastructure and delivery providers to host the application, authenticate employees, store operational data, and send requested reports. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service. Mira does not permit service providers to use Google user data for their own advertising purposes.

Your choices

Access to a Google Analytics property can be removed at any time through Google Analytics property access management. Authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion of relevant information by contacting TMM Agency. Removing access may prevent Mira from producing analytics-based reports for that property.
